Mission Statement
The primary function of Protocol Support is to treat all of our customers with respect and dignity; while we perform the timely, and efficient, processing of quality assurance information received from public/private communication centers. Concurrent with this, based on our knowledge, skills, and abilities we will provide an accurate direction to help in performance of the delivery of life-impacting emergency telecommunications care that will help any center not only reach, but more importantly, maintain excellence.
